Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – Wagyu Club NZ

Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh and chilled Wagyu beef), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or not as described.

Inspection & Reporting Window
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting enquiries@wagyuclub.co.nz and providing:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for product spoilage due to:
- incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- failed delivery attempts
- products left unattended after delivery

Refunds / Replacements
Where a claim is valid, we will assess and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

All decisions are made in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
