Premium Wagyu,
supplied with purpose.
Wagyu Club NZ was established to bring genuine premium Australian Wagyu to New Zealand — with the sourcing rigour, product knowledge and hands-on experience to back it up. We're here to work with you, not just sell to you.
New to New Zealand.
Not new to Wagyu.
Wagyu Club NZ is a newly established operation — but the team behind it brings decades of combined experience across Wagyu supply chains, hospitality, and the New Zealand foodservice industry. We started here because we saw a real gap: strong demand from restaurants and trade buyers, but limited access to properly sourced, consistently graded premium Wagyu.
25+ Years in the NZ Industry
Our New Zealand partner brings over 25 years of experience spanning restaurant operations, commercial kitchen management and kitchen equipment supply. That means genuine local relationships — with chefs, operators and buyers who already know and trust us. We understand how New Zealand foodservice businesses work from the inside.
30+ Years in Wagyu — Processing & Distribution
Our senior technical adviser brings over 30 years of hands-on Wagyu experience across Japan and China — covering the full supply chain from processing and butchering through to distribution and market development. That depth of cut-level knowledge is what allows us to advise our customers properly, not just take orders.
Supply, knowledge
and ongoing support.
We work with restaurants, butchers and trade buyers who want more than a beef supplier. Our customers get access to the product — and to the expertise behind it.
Premium Wagyu Supply
MS8-9 and above, sourced from Sher Wagyu, Victoria. Consistent allocation, vacuum-sealed packs and full cartons. Wholesale pricing with final invoice based on actual packed weight.
Cut Knowledge & Advice
We're happy to talk through cuts with our customers — which grade suits your menu, how to handle and portion each cut, and how to get the most value from your order. This comes with the territory when you work with us.
Training — By Arrangement
For butchers and kitchen teams looking to build their Wagyu knowledge, we're open to discussing hands-on sessions by arrangement. Talk to us about what would be useful for your operation.
We're not just here to move product. We're here to build something lasting in the New Zealand Wagyu market — with the right partners, at the right standard.
